The Fitness Academy Updates

At the EK Fitness Academy we endeavour to offer classes which help our clients to stay fit and healthy! Our fitness community is growing and we offer a range of activities from Monday to Friday including Strength Circuits, Hybrid Fitness, Bag Attack Circuit Training, Kettlebells and Fitness Bootcamp! 

Our new Fitness Kickboxing classes on Thursday nights are also proving to be popular. Head Fitness Coach Stacey, stressed that this is a community fitness centre and that the classes are open to students of all levels of fitness! We also offer personal training sessions for those who would like to experience smaller groups or more individualised training sessions. At the EK Fitness Academy, we are here to help the East Kilbride community get fitter and feel more confident.
